訂金及取消訂房說明
本旅館訂金之收取，依照觀光局頒佈《定型化契約》規定，並依法令規定比率進行取消訂房之扣款如下：
According to the regulations from the Tourism Bureau, the terms of payment and return for cancelling the reservations are described as below:
旅客住宿日當日取消訂房扣預付訂金金額100%
Cancelling the reservation on the date of check-in will charge the 100% deposit.
旅客於住宿日前1日內取消訂房扣房價預付訂金金額80%
Cancelling the reservation before a day of check-in will charge 80% of the deposit.
旅客於住宿日前2-3日內取消訂房扣房價預付訂金金額70%
Cancelling the reservation before 2-3 days of check-in will charge 70% of the deposit.
旅客於住宿日前4-6日內取消訂房扣房價預付訂金金額60%
Cancelling the reservation before 4-6 days of check-in will charge 60% of the deposit.
旅客於住宿日前7-9日內取消訂房扣房價預付訂金金額50%
Cancelling the reservation before 7-9 days of check-in will charge 50% of the deposit.
旅客於住宿日前10-13日內取消訂房扣房價預付訂金金額30%
Cancelling the reservation before 10-13 days of check-in will charge 30% of the deposit.
旅客於住宿日前14日前(含14日)取消訂房扣房價預付訂金金額0%。(或可延期半年以一次為限)
If the traveler cancels the reservation before 14 days (the 14th day included) of check-in, 0% of the deposit will be charged. (or the reservation could be kept for half a year for once.)
如遇天災(如地震、颱風)導致交通中斷無法前來，經主管單位發佈之訊息，可退還訂金 100%(或可延期半年，以一次為限)。
If your coming is hindered or affected by any natural disasters (such as earthquakes or typhoons), we will return the 100% deposit to you when the government calls off work. (or the reservation could be kept for half a year for once.)
若因颱風交通受阻而導致無法離開，滯留本旅館期間之住宿以六折計算。
If your leaving is affected by typhoons, the rate of the extra stay is 60% of the original one.
